What is the turnaround time for made-to-order products?
- Our typical turnaround time for made-to-order products is 1-7 business days depending on the complexity and size of your order.
How long does shipping take within Canada?
- Please Note: That once a package leaves and is in the hands of the shipping courier, we cannot control delays, weather, interruptions etc. Also, you may refer to your tracking number, it will be able to provide you with the current updates on your package.
Below are the estimated timelines based on shipping carriers.
- Within Canada: 2-13 business days
- USA: 3-15 business days
- International: 4-22 business days. (Not available at this time)
What is the shipping duration to the USA?
- Shipping to the USA typically takes 3-8 business days depending on shipping service chosen. But may vary also depending on your state and the shipping services available in your state.

What printing options do you offer?
We offer the following printing options on our products:
- HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl)
- DTG (Direct to Garment)
- Screen Printing
- DTF (Direct to Fabric)
All of our products have their printing methods displayed along with the products, ensuring customers are aware of the type of print or material that will be used.
What is HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl)?
- HTV is a method of printing where vinyl material is cut into designs and heat-pressed onto the fabric.
6ix Side Swag is proud to offer high-quality vinyl provided by Stahl's and Stahl's Canada.
How does DTG (Direct to Garment) printing work?
- DTG printing directly applies ink to the fabric using a specialized printer, allowing for detailed and full-color designs.
What is Screen Printing?
- Screen printing involves pushing ink through a mesh screen onto the fabric, creating durable and vibrant designs.
How does DTF (Direct to Fabric) printing differ?
- DTF printing uses inkjet technology to print directly onto the fabric, resulting in soft and flexible designs.
Can I customize my order?
- Absolutely! We provide customization options for the majority of our products. We prioritize your satisfaction, so if you would like to make modifications, additions, or even create something entirely new, we are here to assist you in doing so. Please contact us at custominquiries@6ixsideswag.ca and learn more about any custom requests you may have.
How do I care for my printed apparel?
- All of our printed or pressed products have their printing methods and materials listed along with the product. When viewing a product, customers will also see related care instructions based on the print or press process used on that specific product.
- Additionally, we make our best efforts to include washing and care instructions with your order as well, based on the product you have purchased.
Can I track my order?
Most definitely! Depending on the shipping service you have selected, each postal service company will send tracking information and methods to the email associated with your order, whether you are in Canada or the United States.

What if I receive a damaged item?
Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy, for detailed information on what to do if you have received a damaged item.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer international shipping. We understand that this may be disappointing news, but please know that we are doing everything we can to make this service available as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Can I cancel my order?
- Our production process to fulfill orders for Made-To-Order products within a certain time frame is fairly complex. Once an order is confirmed, it enters the production line, which has multiple stages to ensure the quality of your garment. However, making changes to your order disrupts the workflow and causes delays with our production team. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel an order once it has been confirmed.
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as a size, color, or address change, please let us know as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that we can make the change, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We may be able to add additional items to your order within a specific, but very short time frame. However, this service is also not guaranteed.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options listed at the bottom of our website located in the footer section.
What if my package is lost/missing?
- Please Note: That 6ix Side Swag is not responsible for any lost or missing packages. But, if you believe your package is lost and/or missing, please email us at support@6ixsideswag.ca and we will launch an investigation with the respective shipping courier.
- Please Note: 6ix Side Swag does not offer refunds for lost and/or missing packages. We will do our absolute best to provide you with a solution to find your package, or if deemed missing - we will offer a replacement package after the courier investigation is complete. Please note that these investigations when opened can take up to 14 business days to be rectified with the shipping couriers.
